Planned downtime for Lanyon Passkey:
We will be performing maintenance on the Lanyon Passkey databases. During this maintenance, many Lanyon Passkey applications and features will be unavailable including:
This maintenance work is scheduled to last 2 hours from 10 PM EST – 11:59 PM EST on Thursday, July 28th.
During this time, anyone accessing the application will be redirected to this page alerting them to the ongoing maintenance.
The integration components of Lanyon Passkey will not be taken down during this outage so once the application returns, all reservation delivery messages will be sent to Passkey without any action on your part.

Attendee Website Update:
Lanyon Passkey will be retiring older attendee website templates in 2016. We suggest that users update all of their libraries, bundles and events that haven't been migrated to the new website templates as soon as possible.
Any events created using old attendee website templates will be supported — but we suggest that users redesign any events that end after June 13th, 2016 using the latest attendee website templates to maintain design elements and branding.
